Why DogsZone?

Safe and supervised play

All our staff are trained in canine first aid and CPR.  The safety of all dogs is our main priority.  All dogs are evaluated for energy level and temperament, and are closely monitored while they play to ensure every dog has fun and stays safe.

Mental stimulation

All dogs need mental stimulation to keep their brains active and prevent them from getting bored.  Here at DogsZone we have a slide, tunnels, agility equipment, and even a large ball pool, plus lots of toys to keep your dog active and stimulated, as well as ample secure outside space.

Social contact

Dogs are social creatures.  Meeting up with other dogs, even if only for one day a week, gives them a break from their usual routine and allows them as much (or as little) social interaction as they want.  This socialisation also helps to build confidence and helps them to become more comfortable around their canine companions, and other people.

Exercise helps your dog to maintain a healthy weight and muscle tone.  It also improves the dog’s mood and overall level of health.  Regular exercise even prevents many diseases.  It is also important that your pet pooch gets the rest that he needs, to prevent exhaustion.  We ensure that all dogs are monitored, receiving the appropriate levels of play, human interaction, and rest, based on their age, health, and levels of energy.

Management of separation anxiety

This is where a dog becomes destructive and/or physically ill when left alone or with a stranger.  It’s good for dogs to get to know different people and not become too reliant on their owner.  If they become too attached to you, that’s when separation anxiety occurs.  Dog daycare allows your dog to socialise and play, having fun interacting with other people and other dogs.

Prevention of over-stimulation

Even the most energetic dogs need to take a break from playing.  Some dogs will play until they drop, and a decent daycare centre should insist that all dogs take a break every now and then.  Very few daycare centres have the facilities to provide such breaks.  Here at DogsZone we have special rest areas to ensure ‘down time’ for every dog to prevent them from becoming exhausted.  This is especially important with puppies and older dogs.  Our kennels, designed especially for DogsZone, afford your dog ample space to chill in between play time.

I love receiving videos of my dog having fun whilst he's at DogsZone. Great location, good prices, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
